We are working on an energetic plain and energy knows no bounds! You can go about your day how you like, although scheduling the session for a time where you can have some quiet and space to yourself is recommended.
The release of trapped emotion(s) or other energy(s) may result in “processing,” where echoes of the emotion(s) or other energy(s) released may manifest in temporary physical or emotional discomfort, and that this “processing” appears to be a normal part of regaining energetic balance. Each individual and session is different.
The best advice is to listen to what your body/soul is telling you and give yourself grace. Increase your water intake. Take a hot salt bath. Eat some nourishing food. Take a nap.
While there are countless books out there, the best way I have found is to listen to the guidance from within.
